I am participating in the health and wellness fair in Morgan Hill this Saturday, May 6, from 10am to 1 PM at the Morgan Hill community and Cultural Center at 17000 Monterey Rd n the outside amphatheater. I hope the weather is dry!!
I will have information about the importance of fitness for seniors and movement for all of us. I will be introducing my business to the Morgan Hill Community. I hope to meet more people who value working on their health and learning about how to be proactive with their healthcare.
I will be joined by Rich Yamashita who started the stroke, survivors support group of Gilroy with me last year. With the help of the Stroke Awareness Foundation, we will have information to share with the community about how to recognize when someone has had a stroke. We hope to meet stroke survivors and their families and caregivers who would be interested in coming to our monthly group meetings. We have new information to share about Stroke rehab that is a game changer! You have more options than you know!
