Mobility with Lilly 

Lilly graduated in 1990 with a BS in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. She has continued honing her skills with a focus on manual therapy, myofascial release and functional mobilization techniques. She believes in a hands on approach to healing and listens to what the body has to say. The cause of injury or discomfort is not always apparent and she looks for the root of the cause in order to help you heal. 

 

Lilly enjoys living in the country surrounded by nature and animals, loves gardening, music, cooking, and being around friends and family.
